What was originally intended to describe those individuals, almost always a male, whose irregular behaviour somehow exudes a degree of uncertainty or threat towards others has now, amoung its other featherbrained and fatuous uses, come to merely define men who's simply unattractive to the eyes of the critique overlaying the terminology. Race is typically a favorite component in some way of said-visual appearance.
