A little townhouse, Older generations are called "Townhouse Rats" that havent moved out, they're still living there. Now it is getting a little ghetto and the white, ghetto kids just smoke all the time in the "back park". It is dispite that a nice community to live in and raise kids in... just make sure they aren't friendly with the delinquents.
