Felchmeister

A person who is experienced and skilled, "a master," in the art of felching. As "meister" is of Germanic origin, one might consider capitalizing the word, as a sort of title, i.e. Felchmeister Percival entered the room, sniffed deeply, and swept his hawklike gaze across the writhing limbs and dank hair of the revelers."
